//TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The renovation was completed in 2022; the property was fully renovated using premium building materials and furnishings, both technically and aesthetically. It was designed for our own use; we spared no expense and did not settle for superficial cosmetic changes. The goal of the renovation was to create a modern, minimalist-style apartment while maintaining a cozy yet luxurious feel. The doors and windows, wall and floor coverings, the entire plumbing and electrical systems, and the flooring were all replaced. We installed sound and thermal insulation where necessary and worked with an interior designer to maximize space utilization and practicality. The apartment is also insulated from below and features underfloor heating.

District 7. - Erzsébetváros

The area was named after Queen Elizabeth, the wife of Emperor Joseph I. Here you will find the Dohány Street Synagogue, the second-largest in the world. The restaurants and cafes of Gozsdu Court, which is lined by Király Street and Dob Street, await those who wish to refresh themselves. The plays of the Madách Theatre and the Hungarian Theatre of Pest await the culture lovers.

The closest shopping malls are the Arena Plaza next to the Eastern Railway Station and Europeum next to Blaha Lujza Square. On the Erzsébet Boulevard section of the Grand Boulevard (Nagykörút), tram line 4-6 runs through Astoria, parallel to Rákóczi Road, and the M2 metro line runs along the edge of the district. Due to the proximity of Deák Square and the Eastern Railway Station, the M3 and M4 lines are easily accessible.

Students may prefer the area due to the proximity of ELTE Faculty of Education and Psychology, Budapest Metropolitan University, the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church or the University of Veterinary Medicine. Inside the district, Klauzál Square provides green space for nature lovers, while on its outer border begins City Park, one of the capital's largest parks, where numerous museums and the Zoo provide regeneration opportunities for residents of the area.
