This 100 m2 apartment with a balcony on the 1st floor is located in the heart of the city center, in the 5th district. It is characterized by modern, exclusive solutions.
Designers strove for the most practical solutions possible, thanks to which they designed two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a living room with a kitchen and dining room, which belongs to today's modern solutions.
In the hall and the living room, exclusive pieces of furniture designed and manufactured individually are given a lot of emphasis. In the living room, a wall made of giant plaster stucco came into focus, thus lending the space a more unique effect. A beautiful white silestone worktop was installed in the kitchen. The beds in the bedrooms have individually designed upholstery headboards, behind which plaster stucco and LED lighting make them as cozy as possible.
Other prominent elements of the rooms are the designer dressers and wardrobes made on the basis of unique plans, which provide plenty of storage space. The apartment is fully mechanized, with a washing machine, built-in kitchen, air conditioners and wall heating.
The bathrooms have high-quality sanitary ware (Grohe, Villeroy & Boch) and Italian design coverings (Marazzi) that match the style of the apartment.
Smart TVs, a 5.1 home theater system and air conditioners were installed in the living room and bedrooms. Decorations by well-known designers (Kare, Bo Concept, Einholtz, etc.) give the apartment a truly modern feel.
District V. is located in the heart of Budapest. It's a government and business area with many popular office buildings. In this part of the town Deák Ferenc Square can be found, which is the largest public transport hub of the city, where three metro lines meet (M1, M2, M3). Rising above the buildings, the Budapest Eye ferris wheel overlooks the city, including some of the most famous attractions of the area, such as the Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica.
Students prefer the neighbourhood due to the proximity of ELTE Faculty of Law (ÁJK), ELTE Faculty of Humanities (BTK) and Budapest Business School (BGE). Váci Street and Vörösmarty Square with its crowded restaurants and elegant shops are a popular destination for tourists. As you take tram 2 or walk along the Danube that borders the district, four bridges cross the river: Liberty Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge.
For those looking for recreation in the green areas, Liberty Square, Elizabeth Square, Olympia Park, Kossuth Square and Károlyi Garden can provide space for regeneration. The nearest shopping mall is Westend City Center, next to the Western Railway Station, where you can reach the Liszt Ferenc Airport by train or the M3 metro and a transfer.
