Loft apartment for sale!
Located in downtown Budapest, in District V, in a historic building, on the 6th floor of Loft Astoria.
The building was completely renovated in 2018, and the designers created 31 unique loft apartments.

FLOOR AREA
The floor area of the apartment is 102 m2 + 41 m2 terrace, with a view of Gellért Hill and the Liberty Statue.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Due to the characteristics of the building, the hanging concrete beams, internal steel structures, and ceiling height all contribute to the loft atmosphere, which is perhaps the last authentic building of its kind in the city center.
A unique feature of the project is that steel bridges replace the former circular corridors in the inner courtyard, and a solid steel frame supports the entire wing at the rear of the building. Of course, the building also has an elevator.
All apartments are equipped with a fan coil system for heating and cooling, supplemented by underfloor heating.
PRICE: 288 million HUF
Two additional apartments on the sixth floor are also currently for sale and can be combined with the above apartment (total area: 275 m²). This would create a continuous glass surface approximately 20 m long, offering a view of the city from a height of six stories.
There are only these three apartments on this floor, so the entire sixth floor is a private sphere.

District V. is located in the heart of Budapest. It's a government and business area with many popular office buildings. In this part of the town Deák Ferenc Square can be found, which is the largest public transport hub of the city, where three metro lines meet (M1, M2, M3). Rising above the buildings, the Budapest Eye ferris wheel overlooks the city, including some of the most famous attractions of the area, such as the Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica.
Students prefer the neighbourhood due to the proximity of ELTE Faculty of Law (ÁJK), ELTE Faculty of Humanities (BTK) and Budapest Business School (BGE). Váci Street and Vörösmarty Square with its crowded restaurants and elegant shops are a popular destination for tourists. As you take tram 2 or walk along the Danube that borders the district, four bridges cross the river: Liberty Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge.
For those looking for recreation in the green areas, Liberty Square, Elizabeth Square, Olympia Park, Kossuth Square and Károlyi Garden can provide space for regeneration. The nearest shopping mall is Westend City Center, next to the Western Railway Station, where you can reach the Liszt Ferenc Airport by train or the M3 metro and a transfer.
