A property in excellent condition in the heart of the V. district (downtown), with a nice view to the former Stock Exchange Palace (former headquarter of the Hungarian Television at the Szabadság Square), with a direct proximity of the Hungarian Parliament is looking for a new owner.
The bright, 70sqm, 1-rooms flat can be accessed through the staircase (with lift) and is located on the 3rd floor of the condominium under Nádor street 20.
The flat was fully renovated on the 2000’s: water, electricity, heating pipes were replaced, own combined (heat and warm water) gas boiler was installed, bathroom and toilet equipment was fully replaced and an alarm system was installed. The flat has own water meter, its windows are insulated, the living room and the bedroom have air condition and a custom wooden kitchen furniture was installed.
The kitchen, a separate chamber, the living room, the bathroom (with bathtub, shower and toilet) and an additional separate toilet opens from the hall. The spacious, bright living room is facing the Nádor street. The bedroom opens from the living room (also facing the street) and has a large separate wardrobe with built-in furniture.
District V. is located in the heart of Budapest. It's a government and business area with many popular office buildings. In this part of the town Deák Ferenc Square can be found, which is the largest public transport hub of the city, where three metro lines meet (M1, M2, M3). Rising above the buildings, the Budapest Eye ferris wheel overlooks the city, including some of the most famous attractions of the area, such as the Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica.
Students prefer the neighbourhood due to the proximity of ELTE Faculty of Law (ÁJK), ELTE Faculty of Humanities (BTK) and Budapest Business School (BGE). Váci Street and Vörösmarty Square with its crowded restaurants and elegant shops are a popular destination for tourists. As you take tram 2 or walk along the Danube that borders the district, four bridges cross the river: Liberty Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge.
For those looking for recreation in the green areas, Liberty Square, Elizabeth Square, Olympia Park, Kossuth Square and Károlyi Garden can provide space for regeneration. The nearest shopping mall is Westend City Center, next to the Western Railway Station, where you can reach the Liszt Ferenc Airport by train or the M3 metro and a transfer.
